Returns Policy

Returns of Damaged / Incorrect Goods
If you receive damaged goods or incorrect goods i.e. not the items on your order confirmation, we will happily fully or partially refund or exchange your order including delivery costs. It is your responsibility to safely return the damaged / incorrect goods to us.

Returns of Non-Damaged / Correctly Sent Goods
If you receive your order and you want to change a size or colour, we will issue a full or partial refund the order/item(s) excluding the delivery costs. A new order must then be placed with us in order to receive the desired product variation. It is your responsibility to safely return the goods you want to exchange. Please take care when choosing sizes and utilise our size guide, this is provided for your convenience.

If you receive your order and simply decide you do not want the item(s) we will issue a full or partial refund for the order/item(s) excluding the delivery costs. It is your responsibility to safely return the goods that you don't want.

When returning goods whatever the reason, you must ensure you follow the conditions below:
    - Goods must be unused.
    - Goods must be in their original condition & packaging. FancieDress.co.uk reserves the right to refuse refunds on used goods.
    - If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice.
    - Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable.

The following types of items are non refundable:
    - Cosmetics (including fangs, fake scars, eyelashes etc.)
    - Contact lenses
    - Lingerie (including stockings)
    - Wigs (unless previously purchased with a wig cap)
    - Any costume sets that include the above items if the items above have been opened from internal sealed packaging.

All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to re-shipping charges as defined on our delivery policy.

Goods must not be returned before prior notification by obtaining a returns authorisation number within 14 days of receipt of goods, this must be done by logging into your account and submitting a request for returns authorisation from your order information page.
Goods must be received back to us within 14 days from the day you receive your authorisation number.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the items back to us.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will be completed no later than 14 working days from receipt of goods back to us.
