Please note: This is a Royal Mail second class service. 3-5 working working days from the day of dispatch is the national average on delivery using this service, however, Royal Mail quotes 3+ days for delivery on this service. If you required your goods within short space of time we strongly recommend using the Standard Recorded service or Next day options. Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day, however, are prioritised based on delivery service, so during busier periods this service may be dispatched on the next working day. If in doubt please see below for delivery examples.

Standard Recorded - £6.95
Royal Mail service: 2-3 working day recorded service. This Service includes Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.

Special Next Day Delivery - £9.95
Royal Mail service: guaranteed next day by 1pm service to 99% of the UK - orders must be placed before 3pm.
Although Royal do deliver on Saturdays, this is not a guaranteed service.

For Next Day Delivery orders must be placed by 3pm; if placed after this time, the delivery may take place 2 days later. All orders placed over a weekend will be dispatched on a Monday for a Tuesday delivery. If in doubt please see below for delivery examples.


Delivery Examples:

Economy:

Example 1
Order placed on a Monday before 3pm - your goods should arrive no later than the following Monday. Maximum of 5 working days equate to (Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri, Mon).

Example 2
Order placed on a Monday after 3pm - goods will be dispatched on the Tuesday and you should receive your goods by the following Tuesday. Maximum of 5 working days equate to (Weds, Thurs, Fri, Mon, Tues).

In each case we count the first working day as the first working day after dispatch.

Standard Recorded:

Example 1
Order placed on a Monday before 3pm - your goods should arrive no later than the next Thursday. Maximum of 3 working days equate to (Tues, Weds, Thurs).

Example 2
Order placed on a Monday after 3pm - goods will be dispatched on the Tuesday and you should receive your goods by the next Friday. Maximum of 3 working days equate to (Weds, Thurs, Fri).

In each case we count the first working day as the first working day after dispatch.

Special Next Day Delivery:

Example 1
Order placed on a Monday before 3pm - your goods should arrive no later than the next day.

Example 2
Order placed on a Monday after 3pm - goods will be dispatched on the Tuesday and you should receive your goods by the next Weds.

Example 3
Order placed on a Fri after 3pm or over a weekend - goods will be dispatched on the Monday and you should receive your goods by the next Tuesday.
